Description | Scale: HO HOn3 On30 N S O (3-rail) G or Large Scale. We have two layouts in operation so far. One is all "HO" scale and the other is "O & G" gauge. Members also are involved with all the other popular scales one way or another. Our "OPEN HOUSE" dates for this year, 2005, are as follows: December 1 & 2, 2005, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. December 3, 4, 10, 11, 2005, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. We are located in the basement of 3 W. Monument Square, downtown Lewistown, Pa. This is the former "Montgomery Wards Building" and is located on the square. There will be signs out front showing where to enter. There is also an elevator available for those who need one. Admission is "FREE" and we do accept donations. We also sell raffle tickets for train sets and other railroading merchandise. This years prizes are: WALTHERS "HO" PENNSY PASSENGER SET....LIONEL PENNSY FREIGHT SET....HARLEY DAVIDSON 100th ANNIVERSARY "HO" SET....BACHMANN "HO" PERCY & TROUBLESOME TRUCKS SET....MOCCASINS TO STEEL WHEELS BOOK-about Mifflin County Railroading. Donations are $2.00 each or three tickets for $5.00. Drawing for prizes will be after the final Open House Show on December 11, 2005. Thank you for checking out this fine model railroad club. We are always looking for new members. We meet each Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7:30 and stay as late as anyone wants.
